Brooks HallCRE AdvisorBrooks Hall works primarily in office leasing and investment sales for Central Commercial Group, under founder Cliff Bogart CCIM. He got his start in commercial real estate in 2007 doing landlord representation in the Downtown and Lower Bricktown areas of Oklahoma City, OK. He leased much of the ground floor of the Centennial Building in Lower Bricktown, which is a mixed-use development that promotes the live, work, play mentality. He also performed retail leasing duties in other parts of Lower Bricktown as well as office leasing in the Sonic Building, Sonic’s corporate office headquarters. He learned a great deal from developer Randy Hogan who was the chief developer and pioneer of Lower Bricktown. This was an exciting time for Brooks. Oklahoma City was beginning to see a resurgence in its downtown and particularly in the Bricktown area, with the announcement that the city would be getting an NBA team in the Oklahoma City Thunder.

He is very passionate about aging, longevity, and mental health and continues to advocate for older adults. He is also a cardholding member of the Screen Actors Guild and got Taft-Hartleyed on the film Charlie Wilson’s War in 2007. He is still an active member of the Guild and continues to support film and theatre in the Dallas and Oklahoma City communities. He is a husband to his beautiful and talented wife Angela and father to his dog Chaplin. |
