In commercial real estate since 1999, and with several years of retail business ownership, Julie Smith provides a comprehensive approach to each transaction, is results-oriented, and purposefully listens to identify the unique needs of each client to achieve successful closings.

As a native Texan living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since early childhood, Julie is well acquainted with the local landscape. Julie’s laid-back nature, combined with her professionalism, creativity, and head for numbers and strategy, bring to her clients a diligent, detailed, forward-thinking negotiator.

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Julie directed the operations of a boutique retail-leasing concept. Under Julie’s leadership, two locations of this concept were opened on-time and under budget. Julie negotiated the management buy-out of the business, the master lease, and more than 80 subleases with top tenant-merchants. Julie’s vision for the favorite local shopping destination acquired recognition 2 years in a row as “Best Boutique in Plano.”
