As a native Texan living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since early childhood, Julie is well acquainted with the local landscape. Prior to launching her career in real estate, Julie directed the operations of a boutique retail-leasing concept. Under Julie’s leadership, two locations of this concept were opened on-time and under budget. Julie negotiated the management buy-out of the business, the master lease, and more than 80 subleases with top tenant-merchants. Julie’s vision for the favorite local shopping destination acquired recognition 2 years in a row as “Best Boutique in Plano.”
